How do I choose a fragrance?

Explore each composition’s top, heart and base notes on its product page. Your skin and the time you spend wearing a fragrance shape its character.

Can I choose free samples?

Eligible main products offer assigned samples in the cart drawer. Select from the available options before checkout. Samples accompany an eligible purchase and cannot be bought on their own.

Where do you deliver?

Available destinations and charges are shown at checkout. UAE orders are normally dispatched in 1–2 business days, with delivery usually taking a further 1–3 business days.

How do I pay?

Card payments are processed through Network International. Use one of the methods displayed at checkout. Store prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Can I return an order?

Request a change-of-mind return within seven days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. See our returns policy for conditions and defective-item remedies.

How do I track or change an order?

Follow the shipment link in your dispatch email. For an address change or cancellation, contact customer care as soon as possible before dispatch.
