If something is wrong

Contact customer care with your order number, a description of the fault and photographs where useful. Keep the product and packaging so the issue can be assessed. Do not continue using a damaged or leaking bottle.

Your UAE consumer rights

Applicable UAE consumer law provides remedies for defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Depending on the circumstances, these may include replacement, refund or another legally required remedy without charge. Our ordinary seven-day change-of-mind window and unopened-item conditions do not remove these rights.

Care and additional warranties

Follow the product’s intended use and storage guidance. Any additional warranty expressly supplied with a product is separate from your mandatory rights; we do not advertise a universal warranty duration.
