This Maqure online store is operated by Hilson Creek General Trading LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms explain purchases through this Shopify storefront.

Orders and eligibility

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and ensure you have the legal capacity to enter a purchase contract, with a parent or guardian’s involvement where required. An order placed through our store constitutes an offer to purchase. The automated order confirmation email serves solely as an acknowledgment of receipt and does not constitute formal legal acceptance of your offer. A binding contract of sale is formed strictly upon physical dispatch of your ordered goods and the issuance of a courier tracking dispatch notice. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch due to stock unavailability, suspected unauthorized transaction, or manifest pricing errors.

Pre-Orders & Advance Reservations

Advance Payment: When placing a pre-order for compositions scheduled for future delivery (including shipments commencing November 1, 2026), your card is charged at checkout to reserve production allocation.

Estimated Dispatch Schedules: Announced launch and dispatch dates are operational estimates. If an artisanal production or courier delay occurs, we will notify you by email with an updated timeline. 

Unconditional Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection regulations, you retain the absolute right to cancel any pre-order prior to courier dispatch for a 100% full refund to your original payment card, without penalty or administrative fee deductions.

Prices and payment

Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED), inclusive of applicable VAT unless indicated otherwise. Delivery charges and the final payable amount are shown before you pay. Card payments are processed through Network International and are subject to authorization and security checks. Payment details are entered through the secure payment process; never send card credentials to customer care.

If we identify a material listing or price error, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected order or cancel for a refund. We may decline an order for unavailable stock, suspected fraud or legal restrictions, and refund payments for cancelled items.

Delivery and cancellation

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Transit risk remains with us until delivery to you or your nominated recipient. Contact us immediately about lost or damaged parcels. You may request cancellation before dispatch; after dispatch, eligible items may be returned. See Shipping & delivery and Order cancellation.

Returns, refunds and defects

Voluntary Change-of-Mind Returns (7 Calendar Days): For unopened and unused products, you may initiate a change-of-mind return request within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. For hygiene, safety, and cosmetic product integrity, products must remain sealed in their original cellophane packaging with all seals, batch codes, and complimentary samples intact.

Mandatory Statutory Defect & Damage Rights (14 Calendar Days)
In accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023: If a product arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or materially non-conforming to its description, you are entitled to a free replacement or a 100% full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

Courier Damage Reporting: We request notification within 48 hours to expedite courier investigations. However, notifying us after 48 hours does not waive your statutory 14-day consumer rights under UAE law. 

Full Refund Guarantee (No Gateway Deductions): Approved refunds will be credited in full to the original card used through Network International. For pre-dispatch cancellations and approved returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, zero merchant payment gateway or administrative banking fees will be deducted.

Samples and promotional offers

Assigned complimentary samples accompany eligible main-product purchases, subject to availability and the options presented in the cart. Samples have no separate purchase price or cash value. Offer-specific terms apply where displayed.

Promotional offers are valid only during the specified period. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Accounts, content and lawful use

Keep account access secure and notify us of suspected misuse. Do not submit fraudulent orders, misuse this website, interfere with security or infringe third-party rights. Maqure branding and store content belong to their respective owners. Personal browsing does not grant permission for commercial copying or resale.

All Intellectual property rights in this platform are owned by us. No content can be copied, distributed, or exploited without our written consent.

Privacy and external services

Our Privacy policy explains personal-data handling. Payment, shipping and other external services may have their own notices. Use only official checkout and courier links.

User Conduct

Users shall not violate any applicable federal, local, or international law or regulation, upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content, or utilize the platform for unauthorized, deceptive, or fraudulent commercial purposes.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, transportations disruption or technical failures.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by UAE law, with disputes subject to the competent courts of Dubai, without prejudice to mandatory rights that apply to you.

Updates and support

We may update these terms for future purchases. The conditions applicable when your order is placed govern that order, subject to mandatory law. Contact customer care for questions or a complaint.
