Order changes & cancellation

Contact customer care immediately to request a cancellation, change an address or correct an order. Include your order number and the change you need.

Before dispatch

You may request cancellation without a cancellation fee before your order is dispatched. To help us reach the parcel in time, please contact us within 12 hours wherever possible. An address or item change depends on the order’s processing stage and stock availability.

After dispatch

Once your parcel is with the courier, cancellation or address changes may no longer be possible. An eligible product can be returned after delivery under our seven-day returns policy.

Refunds for cancelled orders

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Your bank determines when a card credit appears. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the cancelled purchase.

These conditions do not limit your mandatory rights under applicable UAE consumer protection law. Restrictions for change-of-mind returns do not exclude remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
