Secure payments

Maqure card payments are processed through Network International.

At checkout

Use the payment methods shown in Shopify checkout. Prices and the final order total are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) for this store. Your bank may apply conversion or other charges if your card account uses another currency.

Payment security

Enter payment details only within the official checkout and its authorised payment flow. Your bank may request an authentication step such as a one-time code. Never share your full card number, CVV, PIN or authentication code with our customer care team.

Failed or pending payments

If payment fails, check the order confirmation and bank status before trying again. A temporary authorisation may be released by your bank. Contact us with the order reference and transaction date if you need help; do not email card credentials.

Refunds

Approved card refunds are processed back to the same card used for payment through Network International. The credited amount cannot exceed the amount paid. Your issuing bank determines when the credit becomes visible. See our Returns & exchanges policy.
