Every composition begins its journey from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Processing and delivery

Standard processing is 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated UAE delivery is 1–3 business days; GCC delivery is normally 3–5 business days where the destination is available at checkout. Public holidays, busy launch periods, courier disruption and customs checks may extend these estimates.

Destinations and charges

Only destinations supported by checkout can be selected. Delivery charges and any applicable promotion are shown before payment. Please review the final total; we do not promise a universal free-shipping threshold. International import charges may be payable by the recipient where they are not collected at checkout.

Tracking and delivery details

Once dispatched, we send an email with shipment information and a tracking link when available. Supply a complete address and reachable telephone number. Contact customer care promptly for a missing parcel or incorrect address.

Changes before dispatch

Request changes or cancellation as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of ordering. We can cancel before dispatch; once handed to the courier, a return may be needed instead.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact us with your order number and any available photographs so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. Transit risk remains with us until delivery to you or your nominated recipient.
